Learning Techniques Using Study with Me: Focus on Motivational orientations, Learning Competency and Digital Literacy

The ’Study with Me’ learning technique is a new Z-generation online approach that has gained popularity. Still, there lack of understanding regarding the characteristics its using learners. This study aimed to identify learners and investigate how their motivational orientations influence situations (learning time, place), competencies, digital literacy. A survey was conducted 384 learners, categorized into three groups based on orientations: goal-oriented, learner-oriented, activity-oriented. results showed most were significant differences in competency literacy among groups, learner-oriented group having highest levels. Goal-oriented learners’ time longest. confirmed differential use patterns according motivation. These findings can inform design approaches support services improve outcomes technique.
